PDC Not Recognized After Power Failure

One of our departments has it’s own NT domain, we experienced a power failure the other day, and none of their servers were on a UPS. They brought the PDC online, then attempted to bring all the servers online, one at a time. None of the servers can join the domain, they err out saying it can’t find the domain specified. When they try running, usermgr on the PDC, it errs out saying it can’t find the domain. Sounds like a corrupted SAM. Please advise…
