PDF Files

There is a client using Windows 98, Acrobat Reader 5.1 and IE 6.02 attempting to open .pdf files created on our system running Windows 2000 Pro, Acrobat 5.0 and IE 6.02.

Can anyone give any suggestion why this client can’t open .pdf files?
