PDF to HTML?

Hello,
Just wondering if there are any software packages available for Windows 9x that are able to convert PDF files to HTML? (Or from PDF to any format that can then be coverted to HTML? It is really quite tedious to manually copy and paste text from 80+ page PDF files into FrontPage and Dreamweaver.)
