peer to peer Win2000 v Win98

I hvae three computers on a peer to peer. 2 run Win 98, the third Win 2000. The Win 2000 machine can access all shared drives and folders, no problem. The 2 Win 98 can see all the the network and can access each other. However whe attempting to access the Win 2000 machine I am prompted for a password. There are no user passwords assigned at this time. How do I access the Win 2000 machinw from Win 98 machin.
