PeopleOnPage

I am having a real problem with “People ON Page” it shows up on my home page and even though I went into the registry and deleted it, it still shows up every time I open my home page. Also “HotBar and IST” I have popup stoppers and spybot but nothing is working to stop them. Help me please!
