PerfLib Event ID 1008

Hi,

I’m installing W2K with SP2 and have the following error which I can’t seem to loose.

“The Open Procedure for service DNS in DLL C:\Winnt\system32\dnsperf.dll failed…”

The dll exists, the entries in the registry exist and I’ve reapplied the service pack since bringing up the DNS server.

Any ideas, I haven’t found anything enlightening on MS support site…
