Permissions…

People I have a burning question…I just installed Exchange 5.5 SP4. For some strange reason the Permissions tabs in there do not have a Rights menu where I can click stuff off. Furthermore, I cannot set permissions in Private Information Store because that tab is missing! WHERE THE HECK DID IT GO AND HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING THAT TAB AND THE RIGHTS CHECKBOXES???
