PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

I’m using Windows 2000. At times a get a fatal error. Here are a couple
1. PFN_LIST_CURRUPT
2. K Mode Exception Not Handled.
3. Bad_Pool_Caller

The screen turns blue and reboots when I get these errors. It happens about 6 or 8 times a day.
