Physical Memory Dump

I need help. On a few machines i get the Physical memory dump at different points.
1. When i start netmeeting on about 4 machines the dump starts.
2. on certain pages of a Powerpoint slide show the dump starts

Is there anyway of fixing this??
Is there anything that can be done to prevent the dumps happening??
