Physical Memory Dump

I have 4 Dell computers, 2 laptops and 2 desktops, with Win 2K. All have periodically locked up and displays a blue screen with an error message about a Physical Memory Dump. The only way to get back to the operating system is to restart. All machines have 128 mb RAM. Any ideas what this might be and how to fix it?
