picture display, low memorey

First jpeg pictures would not display on my computer in any imaging device, but would display using the gallery feature online, now pictures aren’t showing up online, when I click on copy and read the clip board I get a message saying either low memorey quit applications, or Windows dosen’t have information on this data. I have plenty of memorey available, the computer shows 69% free, and I have quit all underlying programs except system tray and explorer. I have run every diagnostic that I can, run every system tool, unloaded a bundle of programs, nothing has worked. I can still use the online viewer to view the stored pictures.I’m tired of deleting adapters..
