Picture Download

I use AOL I used to down load pictures and drawings from various sites. I was givern a choice of JPEG. ART.BITMAP now I cant get JPEG. and when I down load in the other two the file will not open as says header incomplete. This problem does not arise with other ISPs. This problem has occured with both computers one win95, the other XP.
