Pictures in the Access Database

I?m trying to add pictures in to access database and I really cannot figure out how to do it. Pictures cannot be fixed meaning users need to change them at their will. I do have one field with the picture number that would correspond to the picture name (ex: 123.jpg). Any suggestion ?
