Please help

Hi all,
Anyone please tell me how to set up the profile with 3 differents IPs address? I have 3 IP 1 at work, 1 at school and 1 at home. Every time when I use the laptop with WinNT4, I had to configuration the IP for every place where I using it. So is there any way to set up the separate profiles that I just select it when I start up the system?
