Please help my number key (The one on top) doesn’t work

If you read the tittle and you know the solve, please tell me I am dying to know (Because I am Gamer) and I had done every solution that I found like uninstall, do the thing that involve device manager, control panel, the ease thingy, even the Ctrl+Alt+Win key and yes, the Num Lock. So if anyone who is out there that have been solved this problem please share with me.
