Policy & Procedure Help

Would anyone know where I can obtain Policy and Procedures for healthcare IT. I am a rookie with only 1 year in the business. I am the only IT personnel my organization has. I support 400 employees, 106 workstations, the telco system, copiers, basically anything with a circuit board. I have no servers for my PC’s, and I support our hospitals AS400 which is used for financials and patient info. I have no time to sit and write p & p. Can Any one help me??
