I am creating customized Group Policy Templates for Windows2000 and have come across a limitation. When I enter a KEYNAME of Network\f, Printers, Environment, or others, I don’t get a policy in my policy display area. As soon as I change the location to Software\Microsoft… or Software\Policies… it works. Are there intentional areas that are off limits to .adm files? Has anyone else been able to create an .adm that works in the troubled areas listed above?
