policy’s

We run win2k server and pro. we have a policy to disable lock p.c, change password, and task manger from ctrl, alt & del, but if you pull the network cable out while connecting to server, it doesnt apply policy’s. so users can lock p.c, change password and access task manager I know the cached profile has not got the policy’s on.

We would like the policy to apply while on the cached profile. Please can someone help ?
