Polyboot B Virus in Windows XP Pro

I have accidentally infected the boot sector of my XP Pro computer with this virus from an infected floppy disc. I am also running System Commander 7. There seems to be a problem using suggested solutions for removal of this virus because of SC7 andXP as changing the MBR can cause problems. Any suggestions or sites to go to. I have tried to install PC Cillin but because of the virus installation stopped. I have also got Systemsuite 4.0 running and this will not remove the virus for me.
