pop killer

I am trying to find a fool proof pop killer so my 9 year old daughter does not have to be subjected to all the porno pop ups and other garbage that we get. I have two pop killer software programs installed but some are still getting through. I don’twant to disconect from the internet, so I need your help. I would like to try it first, so if there is freeware to try, let me know.
