Port 80 Problems with RRAS in Win2K

I am using RRAS with NAT at a school for internet access, and now they want to use that same computer as a web server. But when I go to RRAS and look at the properties of my outside NIC, port 80’s source and destination addresses are 0.0.0.0, and when I use a port scanner on that computer it says that port 80 is not even open. I NEED HELP!!!!!
