Power Options

W2K Pro WS. I need to know how to set the Power Options “Power Schemes” so that when I set them as administrator it will be the default for all users. As it is right now if I set it as admin. it will not hold for all users and also all users who arenot admin equivelant can not change the “Power Schemes” and be able to save them.
