Power Options alams tab

I am running windows 2000 on a Compaq Presario 1800t. After I reinstalled the OS I lost the Alarms tab under the Power Options. I also lost the ability to select the different run times between the battery and AC. HELP me find where I can get those reinstalled. thanks
