User has a 7MB+ PowerPoint file with 46 briefing slides. When attempting to print handouts two per page (color), the printer will print only the first page of two slides. The printer will print handouts with six slides per page (color), and will print in grayscale at two per page.
I have tried to print to three different networked color printers
–Two HP Color LaserJet 3700 printers with 128MB of memory
–An HP Color LaserJet 5550 with 160MB of memory.
–Same results with all three printers.
After the first page prints, there is no error message, no printer jam, and nothing left in the printer queue. I can individually select two pages at a time and print them two-up on a page. (However, that is a bit tedious to suggest to a manager.)
Other printing jobs print normally, and when I print the entire briefing slides out, all 46 pages print.
Event History does not list an error. Our best guess is a memory problem. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help,
Joe
