Powerpoint files

When clicking on a hyperlink to a powerpoint file on our Intranet, it only works with NT & 2000 PC’s. On 95/98 machines, it downloads the document to the Temp Internet folder but doesn’t open the document unless you go to where it’s downloaded and manually open it. Answers on a postcard please!
