PPOE Problem

I have AMD Athlon XP 2000+ Computer with 256RAM and 20GB Hard drive using as local computer. I signed up for DSL service using Dynmaic IP.

In Winddows XP Professional I created internet connection using PPOE. It shows missing device (Minport PPOE).

I re-installed Windows by using Repair Windows from CD. Yet result shows same failure. I replaced NIC card with different brand, yet same failure.

Any suggestion or solution to fix this problem?
