Preparing to move our entire Data Center

I am the network administrator for a small college. We have a very small shop (5 people) so everyone has to be multi-tasking! We are preparing to move our entire Data Center from the flood zone basement to a flood free location (we hope). I have scoured the internet, absorbing any and all planning docs on such a project. Does anyone have any tips, suggestions they would like to share? We are moving Novmeber 2005 and I don’t think we can overplan.
