Preventing Users from compressing a Network Home Directory.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to prevent users from compressing their network home directories either through a GPO or some other method?
Stopping users from being able to check the box:
“Compress drive to save disk space” under the General Tab, under properties of the drive.
