Pricing Model

I work as Business Analyst in a multi national engineering consultancy with offices in several countries. We plan to host web based applications for our linked offices to host their data & let them use these applications developed by our internal team. Can anyone suggest me price costing guidelines which can enable us to price our services (which inclued hardware & software)?
