Print In LAN after conecting to a VPN.

I have a win2k server running routing and remote access. In a different office whenever I connect to my server via A VPN connection I have no more access to my LAN. How can I print to my network printers and access the resources of the other computers in the LAN. Would using 2 NIC do the trick? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
