Print Property changing using Project 98

Hi everyone. When I want to print something from Microsoft Project 98 and I change the paper size,lets say to A3 in the print properties it changes the print properties on the default printer in the control panel. This means when I want to print anything else from any other program it will print automatically to A3. What can I do to solve this?
