Print que/IBM configuration problems

We have several IBM Mainframes on our WAN. Until recently printing was done locally through an IBM controler. This has suddenly gone away. We have set up local “Reflection” printer sessions and are printing via tcp-ip on a local nt workstation. The printers we have are HP5si and HP 3si using a jet direct card on the network. Some of the print jobs work fine. Some print jobs lose page formating. All print jobs are landscape 132×60. The queues do not restart with the IBM Queues. Fonts change to 1″ characters. Can anyone provide direction on setting this up. I’ve tried just about everything and no one I know seems to be able to explain why It isn’t working.
