Print Server

Hi all,

I’ve got a Windows 2000 print server in my company, it is having issues loading additional drivers in the properties of the printer.

By default it loads the w2k drivers but I also need the NT 4.0 drivers loaded. When going to share,and additional drivers it will not load them. It states that the driver is not the correct one. It is but still won’t load.

The printer is an HP Laserjet 4000.

I have run the repairs for the print server and replaced the drivers but to no avail.

Has anyone heard of this?
