print service stops?

We are having an issue with 1 windows 2000 pc printing to an HP color plotter that is running off a windows 2000 print server. The user can send 1 job and then the print service hangs up. If you go into manage computers, the service is stopped. You can restart and print 1x only. This is not occuring on any other pc’s printing to that printer, nor on any other printers from this machine. Do you have any ideas as to what may be causing this? Thanks!
