Print Spool Service

I have just upgraded an NT4 Pc to W2K Pro, everything went well, except I keep getting an error: Print spooler has terminated unexpectedly, Event ID: 7031
I have checked Technet and found an article:324183, this article mentions a hotfix, how can this hotfix be obtained?
