Printer “delete” in Printer Tasks of XP

I have middle school kids deleteing my printers. Is there a registry entry, or other method, that I can use to either lock or remove the “delete” option? The option for delete appears in the “printer tasks” area after selecting a listed printer. START-PRINTERS AND FAXES-click on a printer for menu options-DELETE. The setup is 24 laptops accessing network via wireless system. The printer is also on a wireless print server(HP wp110).
