Printer error

I also get an apparently always time error message from someone who calls himself IoMgr
stating: “SyncWaitMultiple() says WAIT_FAILED” I would also appreciate help. We have WinXP Profesional in a LAN and I can’t eliminate because click on “OK” and nothing happend. The lastest software I install was HP Officejet K80 on Jetdirect 175x.
