Printer Log on Windows 98

I am Sending Print from a Windows 98 Workstation to a Laser Printer connected on a Windows NT Server and i am checking the log file for the print on the NT Server in the event viewer i always find Pages Printed 0 on the details of the log why is this While if i send a print from a windows 2000 machine it shows the correct number of Pages printed.
Please help me get the exaxt Printed Pages from a Windows 98 Machine
