Printer Pooling Setup

I am trying to set up printer pooling in a NT 4.0 Domain, at the server I go to printers then choose one of the printers that I want to pool the select the enable printer pooling option then select the ports I wish to pool with and say ok then exit out but it does not appear to be working. Can anyone tell me how to trouble shoot this to be sure pooling is or is not working?
