Printer Port Configuration

I need to reconfigure printer ports from HP Standard TCP/IP Ports to UNC name for printer on NT print server. Clients will already have the print drivers. Is there a way to create a batch file that deletes the HP port and creates a port to the UNCname automatically. Do not want to go to every workstation. Do not want to walk through process with all end users.
