Printer Problem

I have an HP Deskjet Printer 832C. When I turn it on, it starts “spitting” out pages with “gibberish” all over them. I have turned it off, re-booted my computer, used troubleshooter from Microsoft on it, checked my owner’s manual. Nothing works. Any suggestions? Thanks for your time. Kim
