printer problem

My printer doesn’t on my PC I reisntall the diver change the bios setting few time I try with win98 and win2000 when I click the page test a diagnosetic test start and keep running whit a scrible line and Model name, number, date, and status who say OK.The icon is in printer folder but dont work I done internal test on the printer who work OK. I
connect to my laptop and printer work OK. It use to work fine before, how can fix this problem? Thank you.
