Printer Resources Kit

Hi…

Is there site where i can find some facts, guide about Troubleshooting a printer, i am a computer technician but i know very litle on printer.

And i heard at some of my co-technician that there is a demodisk offered by HP on how to troubleshoot, open the printer case (assembly and disassemly). Where i should i go to find that cd or that file to download?
