Printer Share in Win NT

Hi all,
we’re using NT 4.0 servers and workstation. On our PDC we got 6 printers with NIC, and all are shared to the users. But to a HP LaserJet 4050 TN we can’t open the share on the Postscript-protocol with some user. Some user can do this.

Any ideas?
