Printer switchbox problem

I am trying to connect a Belkin auto switch box up to 2 printers from 1 PC running Win95. I am using the suggested cables and the 2 printers are HPs, 1 is a 722C color inkjet, the other is a 2100 laser jet. I have done all the items it said to do onthe switchbox instructions, including setting the printers to disable bi-directional, etc. ANY HELP ON OTHER SETTINGS would be helpful, as the machine does not see either printer through the box.
