Printers andor drivers are going missing

I am using a P133 PC with windows 95 and this sometimes happens on Windows 98 aswell.
These PC’s are on a Novell 3.1 network and on the 95 machine in question it is attached to a HP Laserjet. On a daily basis, when this machine is switched on the printer dissapears and it has to be reinstalled?
