Printers are Offline

Hi:

I had to reinstall windows 98SE onto one of my user’s machines. All apps loaded on fine….. Strangely, the printers that I installed are all dimmed out. I right-clicked each printer to “de-select” the option “Use printer offline” to bringthe printer back. The printer does not allow me to do anything to it. I even re-installed the printers twice and still the same thing. My network is fine and client is the most updated version. We are using Novell 5.

Please help, I cannot find anything…..
