Printers available for every user 2k Pro

How can I add a printer to a W2k Profesional system , that will make the printer available to any susbsequent client that logs in. This printer is a network share in the AD. NT 4.0 I used to login as local admin and the printer was there for all clients. This is not the case with w2k Pro
