Printers for all local users

On a Windows 2000 Prof. how would I install my network printers to allow everyone that logs into this computer to have access to installed printers ? in other words install the network printers just once and allow multiple users to use the printers.
I just installed W2K on this computer. I logged into it as a Administrator of the network and added my network printers. I then try to logon as another Domain user onto this computer with Super User access or Administration access to the computer and I do not see the printers installed. I also added user user/domain but still do not have printers.
