Printing a big-size file

Hi There, I have to make a presentation for my company and I try to print a big-size file(about 3MB), but my printer doesn’t let me do it. How can I allocate more space on hard drive or memory on PC to increase my spooler size, however, I use a regular printer(no memory), Thanks
